Good day, Agent Alpha. Reports are coming in from around the world about high illiteracy rates, even among developed nations. This means that there are many people who cannot read or write well enough to fully participate in their local or global economies.

We need leaders who can change this by sweeping the planet with an approach to developing literacy skills that supports the collective human spirit. It is called Fearless Mastery. Adults and children everywhere can become masters of their own learning as they develop everything they need to create meaningful lives.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to ignite Fearless Mastery on the planet by demonstrating the ease with which literacy can be achieved. As you complete the challenges, you can earn rewards for yourself, your school, or your community group.

The Pre-phase will equip you with everything you need to prepare for the mission. You will train to become focused and balanced in your mind and body, so that you can meet the challenges fearlessly!

In Phase One, you will rendezvous with agents Beta, Gamma and Omega to create a three-dimensional alphabet that will imprint on a cellular level the sound-related symbols used in reading and writing. Yes, I am referring to the alphabet, both upper and lower cases.

Phase Two involves mastery of the symbols used for comprehension in reading and writing. Without these symbols, otherwise known as punctuation marks, it is almost impossible to fully understand what one is reading.

The dictionary is the focal point of Phase Three. This simple tool empowers learners as they master the spelling, pronunciation and meaning of any word they encounter.

Phase Four introduces a guide for reading with certainty. Once this routine is in place, the uncomfortable feeling of guessing will become an experience of the past.
 
The final phase, Phase Five, uses the body, mind and spirit in practices that make abstract concepts feel concrete.

After completing the phases, every learner will re-member what he or she already knows: how to access the wisdom of the universe.

You must understand that after completing the mission, you will be changed forever!
