111,000 by end of 2027
Project 111K
What if 111,000 people—children, teens, and adults—could discover a new path to learning and thriving by spending just minutes a day for one week?
Project 111K is a movement to transform the literacy landscape by inviting 111,000 individuals to complete the Hidden Genius Literacy Assessment (HGLA) by the end of 2027.
This is not a test. It's an awakening.
The invitation
Too many capable learners conclude they are not smart enough — quietly, over years, often before anyone names what is actually hard.
Project 111K exists to shift that timeline: to bring attention, language, and community participation to the foundations beneath reading, writing, and confidence — at a scale that changes the conversation.
A one-week immersive experience
Each participant spends minutes a day for one week in an experience that goes beyond traditional literacy metrics. Through engaging, curiosity-sparking activities, they:
Feel the difference between confusion and clarity
By exploring the contrast between order and disorder, participants experience firsthand how learning environments either fuel or frustrate potential.
Receive a personalized Alphabet Coherence Score
This reveals how fluently their brain-body system connects with the foundational building blocks of all learning: the alphabet.
Unlock their Natural Ability Profiles
A unique profile highlights innate strengths and learning preferences — so school, work, and life can be reimagined from a clearer starting point.
Who can participate
Everyone. Children, teens, and adults — individuals, families, schools, and communities — are invited to take part.
- Learners whose effort outpaces their ease
- Families searching for a deeper explanation than “try harder”
- Educators and organizations ready to host the conversation
- Communities that want literacy change at meaningful scale
Built on the Alphabetter™ methodology
This experience is based on the Alphabetter™ methodology — a multisensory approach developed by The Learning Force to foster the joy, clarity, and success that conventional literacy systems often miss.
The Hidden Genius Literacy Assessment is the practical first step: a structured week that helps participants see what is actually happening beneath the struggle — without shame, blame, or reducing anyone to a label.
