Project 111K
See learners before they stop seeing themselves.
What Project 111K is
Project 111K is a flagship vision initiative of The Learning Force — not a product, not a charity pitch, and not a quick fix.
It is a movement-sized call to help more children, families, and communities recognize hidden genius and alphabet ownership earlier in the learning story.
The name reflects scale with intention: an invitation to change how we read struggle, symbols, and self-belief.
Why it exists
Too many capable learners conclude they are not smart enough — quietly, over years, often before anyone names what is actually hard.
Project 111K exists to shift that timeline: to bring attention, language, and community action to the foundations beneath reading, writing, and confidence.
Who it serves
- Children whose effort outpaces their ease
- Families searching for a deeper explanation than “try harder”
- Educators who want structural literacy language, not blame
- Communities ready to host conversations about learning differently
How it connects to hidden genius
Hidden genius is our frame for intelligence that has not yet found its footing — not because it is absent, but because the foundation is unclear.
Alphabet ownership is one practical expression: knowing letters and patterns deeply enough that writing, spelling, and reading can build on something solid.
Project 111K weaves book, talks, articles, and community action into one coherent invitation.
